Materials

Memory boxes, dice boxes and log slices are 100% Paulownia wood.

As all our items are made from natural wood sources, they made include knots and visible wood grain.

Smaller items like or gift vouchers and bookmarks are made from 3mm Birch or Balsa ply.

Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard which takes approx. 3-4 working days to arrive.

Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm arrives next day.

Processing times apply to all postage upgrades, so please get in touch if you need an item for specific date.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is via Royal Mail International Standard and shipping times vary greatly depending on destination.

Americas/Australia approx. 1-3weeks

Returns & Refunds

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchange
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be applied to your account within 7 working days, to your original payment method
  • Replacement products will be sent within 7 working days of request

Lost or Damaged Items

We're sorry if you your order arrives either damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, and we're happy to replace your item free of charge or issue you a refund.
