Custom and personalised orders

Yes, we love custom designing items. Just send me a message at and we can discuss your custom order requirements.

How do I let you know what details to personalise my order with?

The personalisation for any order can be put into the seller notes section when you checkout, or send me a message and I’ll refer back to it when creating your order. Be sure to double check all details, particularly any spellings!

What are your shipping options?

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days, however it can take longer during busy periods. Check out the shop announcement for current lead times.

Postage within the UK is FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class (takes 3-4 days).
Shipping Upgrades available are:
Royal Mail 1st Class (takes 1-2 days) +£2.00
Next Day Delivery (weekday arrival) +£8.00
Next Day Delivery (weekend arrival) +£10.00


For international, orders are sent via Standard Royal Mail which usually takes 5-7 business day. A Tracked service is available as a shipping upgrade as well.

What do I do if I need to return/cancel an item?

Simple, just get in touch!

We don't accept returns, but we do accept cancellations, provided we haven't already shipped you order.

My order arrived damaged?

Sadly, sometimes orders do arrive damaged, despite the care we take in packing them. If this happens, please get in touch as we're happy to send you a replacement or issue you a full refund.
